> FilmeeAi (https://filmee.app) is a browser-based AI video tool and developer API. It edits recorded talking-head videos — inserting explainer animation that matches what is being said, burning in subtitles, applying skin beautify and adding background music — and it generates complete narrated anime videos (1–10 minutes) from a line of text. Narration and subtitles are available in Japanese, English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Thai.

Operator: HyperAI Creation (Japan). Pricing is credit-based; new accounts receive free credits and paid plans start at $19/month.

## Not offered

- Mid-sentence filler-word removal ("um", "えー") is not a feature. Only silence at the start and end of a talk is trimmed.
- Reading videos from YouTube or other platform page URLs.
